PARANG

This one's for y'all who's down for a little adventure, or just to try something new over the weekend: CLIMBING MOUNT PARANG! It wasn't too extreme, just a lillll high for me (i'm scared of heights) for a first-timer.

Gunung Parang is located near Purwakarta, West Java (i hope i got my facts right), 3-4 hours car ride away from Jakarta. You can totally go for a round-trip, or you can also camp overnight at Mount Parang just like we did. P.s a bit windy up there, make sure you bring a jacket/windbreaker! FYI, if you want something more fancy, there's a hanging capsule hotel, i think it's called Skylodge Purwakarta if you wanna look it up, that costs around 4million rupiah per night.

We climbed Parang via the Ferrata route, up to 900m high (nbd!!!!). Anyway there's not much to explain, here's a video:
